Terms of Service

Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of SmartAutoFill, including our website, account system, Chrome extension, hosted AI API, payments, and credits. By using SmartAutoFill, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use SmartAutoFill for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login sessions, and extension connection. Keep your account secure and contact support@smartautofill.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

SmartAutoFill Extension

SmartAutoFill helps draft autofill suggestions for forms you choose to process. The extension may send selected field metadata, nearby page context, page origin, and optional user-provided context to our hosted API.

SmartAutoFill does not guarantee that suggestions are accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion before applying it or submitting a form.

Credits And Payments

SmartAutoFill may provide free signup credits. Free credits, credit amounts, and promotional terms may change at any time.

Paid credit packs are one-time purchases unless explicitly described otherwise. MVP credit packs are valid for 365 days from grant unless a different validity period is shown at checkout or required by law.

Credits are consumed when a hosted AI autofill plan is successfully generated. Failed requests should not intentionally consume credits. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a separate refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SmartAutoFill for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Use the service to submit forms you are not authorized to complete.
• Send passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, health records, or highly confidential data unless you understand and accept the risk.
• Reverse engineer, attack, overload, scrape, or bypass usage limits of the service.
• Resell, redistribute, or expose hosted API access without our written permission.
• Use generated suggestions without reviewing them for accuracy and compliance.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SmartAutoFill a limited license to host, transmit, process, and display that content as needed to provide and improve the service, operate support, secure the platform, and comply with law.

Intellectual Property

SmartAutoFill, including the website, extension, hosted API, product design, documentation, branding, and software, is owned by SmartAutoFill or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services

SmartAutoFill may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, AI processing, email, and payment. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their terms.

Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using SmartAutoFill at any time.

Disclaimer

SMARTAUTOFILL IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

Limitation Of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMARTAUTOFILL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SmartAutoFill after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
